Sometimes we all experience insecurities about are bodies .
We allow those negative thoughts to take up space in our lives and we forget all of the things our bodies do right every day! We look in the mirror and don't focus on the beautiful things that all of our friends and family see. We struggle to attain a "perfect" body but there is so much to appreciate about the body we already have.

I am here to tell you no matter how big or small you are that your weight is your worth!
Let's all be #BODYPOSITIVE and stop believing the idea that only certain body types are worth acceptance and praise. Instead let's recognize that all body types are equally valuable!
Listen: We're all humans, we all have bad days and its completely normal, so stop beating yourself up, it will only make it worse. The best thing you can do for yourself is to be kind.
Let's start living a Body-Positive life and start embracing the principles of acceptance regardless of size because I am enough and so are you!
